I am really too busy to post about the days in hongkong.
And i think i should do so now since i am back almost a week. I can’t really remember what i did from mon – wed. Other than Juv, Vivian, Sujun & Me went shopping & dinner @ Tsuen Wan on a Tues evening because we have no test on Wed. (We have test everyday except the wed). Went to Yoshinoya to eat and woah, the yoshinoya is so much bigger than in SG. And we got a free gift each, a 2009 calendar.
So cute isn’t it?
16th October (Thurs)
Today was the last day of our safety training class. Everything was over quite smoothly just that we have to handle the exams early in the morning. Glad that I passed with quite a good grade for both 777 and airbus. I am in high mood today as honey is coming to find me! He will arrive my hotel at around 3plus and i woke up slightly earlier to pass his room key to the reception. Really delighted to see him after I came back from school!
Some photos taken while having a long break before Crew Resource Management lesson start.

Joyce & I

Always together – Joyce , Juv & Me

The Sin based gers.

yea, the 7 Singaporeans.

With the Hk based. We are induction #25 !!
Time passes really slow as the rest of the days were quite boring with the Crew Resource Management Talk. Soon, time to off school! Rush back to my hotel and the moment i open my door, I saw my Honey! We miss each other althought we were only parted for like a week? Haha.
Hurried off to Mongkok as i dunwan to go home too late. Tml will be a long day with new things to learn. Honey went to cut his hair at the same salon that i patroned last week. Walked around after he finished cutting his hair and i brought him to eat my favourite cold noodles. He loves it and even tabao some home!
Reached hotel at around 11.30pm. But the time we settled on bed, it was already 1am. Slept for 6 hours and it was another brand new day.
17th October 2008 (Fri)
The last day of my training and we were taught the most difficult thing. Doing inflight duty free. Argh, the machine was abit hard to handle at first and was very complicated with many documents to print. But i am glad we were all fast learners and finished the lesson pretty early. =p
During lunch break, i managed to smuggle honey into Cathay City to have lunch at our canteen together with my crew mates. Afterwhich, he went out to explore on his own and i went back to class.
He was back shortly before i reached home. He bought some good presents for FM & Chris. Nice Tshirts from Adidas and Nike! We went out to have dinner at Jordan. I was craving for crabs therefore we went to this restaurant.

We had 4 dishes and i love the 虾仁炒蛋 ! Very different from Singapore style. More watery and its like scramble egg type!

While waiting for our food, totally farmished.
Here comes the food!

Prawns with eggs! (Many many prawns…)

The Veggies

Pigeon. My 1st time tasting pigeon after being to HK for so many times. Hmm, quite nice and it taste very similar like duck meat.

Weee! Chilli Crabs!
This meal cost us almost SG$60 but i feel it is quite worthy. Just that the crab is abit too pricey, almost $30!
Went to walk around Temple Street. Another street that looks like 女人街. Bought this pair of handphone chains which i love it alot. Supposingly to be handphone chain but i put it on my camera.

With our names… Each cost around SG$12
We walked towards the end of temple street and saw many stalls that helps people to predict their future with Tarot Cards. It was new to us as we couldnt see this in SG but i always saw it on TV.
Juv told me that this lady call Esther Ho is quite good as she went to patron her 1 week ago. And indeed, she has the longest queue compared to others. We decided to give it a try.

Many Tarot Cards stall along the street..
We waited for half and hour before our turn. We know nuts about how it is like and she told us that we can ask about many things. All categorise as each question. Since we sat down together as a couple, we decided to ask about our love life together.
We were first asked to put our hands together on the cards, thinking about each other name, face and our thought towards each other in future. Then choose 6 cards each and she opened them all. She began by telling us how each of us felt for each other. Our feelings now for each other etc. Then told us about our future and whether we can make it or not.
All i can say is, this kind of thing, is up to u to believe. But there was a point of me that i was really amazed and touch when there was a stranger infront of u, telling things to u that u never ever tell or dare to tell people. I feel like tearing. Suddenly like so emotional. Haha. Emotional because i am touched that my inner feelings towards this relationship can be said out by others! Amazing…..
Overall, i woudnt think that our $ was wasted because she is quite accurate in some sense. Then Honey told me that he was interested in the palm reading too. Went around and settled at one stall whereby the man knows how to speak English.
Hmm, the palm reading was really fast and quite general. Honey asked me to do a palm reading too though i am rather reluctant as he spent too much $ in all these today! (The tarot card is almost 40, palm read is $30 each. Ya, that was already almost 100 for all!!)
I prefer the Tarot card more. Doesnt mean that the Palm reading is rubbish but i feel it was too general.
After spending so much $ in Temple Street, I quickly dragged my dear out of this area and went to Tsim Sha Zhui. Wanted to go to Granville road as i heard that there were lots of nice clothes there!
We were so smart to walk from Jordan to TST. Haha. But i was so tired in the end! Kept wanting to take a rest along the streets.

Can u see how shag i am??!!!
Finally we reached Granville road and there were so many shops! Many nice clothes for guys but not for gers as they sell mostly winter clothes now. But still managed to buy only 1 top for myself. We walked till almost 12am. YEA, thats how good! Their shops opened till very late lor. Went back to the hotel after that.
Shortly after settling down in our room, we felt hungry and ordered pizza from room service.

Headland hotel serves nice pizza!
And we had a nice sleep after that too…. ZzZzz
18th October 2008 (Sat)
Woke up at around 12pm.. ‘battery’ inside my body was fully recharged! We were all ready to begin our day with TST again! (Havent shop finished… haha!)
So, we explored another part of TST again, went to all the big shopping centre. Went to DFS because initially i wanted to buy a coach sling bag. But after knowing that that bag wasnt entitled to my crew discount, i let go of it. Dont know why, maybe i am just furious about how come only that particular bag doesnt have discount! And the poor me that was really rich the 1st day i begin my training with the very good allowance that was given to me but left with little allowance now, doesnt bear to part with my $… haha.
Continue walking along TST and reached my favourite place of TST again, the Star Pier! I really love this place as i can enjoy sea breeze with nice scenery!
AND NOW I CAN PROUDLY SAY THIS IS CALL….
LOVE IN HONGKONG!
(pls dont puke.. i really mean it when we were there.. lol)

HOHOHOOHOHOHO!!!

After all the mushy moments, we went to take the ferry to 中环.

Old school Ferry

In the ferry

Shop & eat at 中环 then at night went to Mongkok again for more shopping. The weather is quite good at night, very cooling…
Went back at around midnight again and that ends our Saturday in HK..
**To be continued……………**
