The shittest moment right now!

How will u react if u work in a company for almost 2 years and they only gave u $350 as bonus????

WTF this is damn ridiculous. I almost fell from the chair when i received a bloody sms saying that our long awaited bonus is only $350. This is not even enough for me to go for a trip to bkk lor. I thought i felt missing and guilty when i tender 1 week ago. But now i feel my decision is so right! I am glad that motorola actually gave up the contract on u guys because u all are blood sucker. My pay from my position in moto is much more better than what u are giving and how much this company is sucking from us?! A good $1500. Which means my current pay should plus another $1500 more. Shit Shit Shit.

I really have to emphatise with poor mun because he didnt even have $350 even though he is the one who work the longest in the company. I am the second longest and guess what??? my bonus is the same as someone who came in 6 months ago. Loyalty doesnt pay off. Good bye Ti**a. Good luck with ur future endeavors and hopefully your company can continue your blood sucking business in your floorball!! I am glad that I ditch u first!!!

Another shit moment is my medical is still not clear!! What the hell is wrong with my urine man. Sigh. Going for retest AGAIN next tues and I better clear it else everyone gets to go Hongkong and I shall stay in SG and continue to be a mountain turtle. Damn!!

Next, I feel that my money in my acct is depreciating for no reasons?! Ok la, one of the reason might be due to prawning and recent poor luck in MJ. But, it is depreciating too fast!! Ok,,, i need to control my finance now. No shopping, no shopping!

Shit go away fast.

what to buy?

I am in a dilemma now as i dont know what phone to buy!

Well said, I was in the mobile industry for 2 years yet i know nuts about the latest phones.

Call me noob la. I care only for my brand most of the time. My promoters do feedback to me about the latest phones from the competitors brands, but I couldnt get it inside my head because there are so many brands and models around.

Now i only know my basic requirements for a phone are:

1) Must be able to take great pictures, even in the dark.

2) Must look sleek and slim, i dont want bulky pops to stick out of my pocket when i go clubbing.

3) Must be easy to use because i might be a little bit slow and lazy in exploring the functions.

I dont need a pda/smartphone la. My motoq is too smart for me. So many added features that I dont get to use them. I once attended a sales training by my ex-colleague, Adrian. He told us how to sell a phone. You know kiasu singaporeans like to ask for many incredible functions in the phones. But when ask what they need the functions for, they dont know. Lucky I am not one of them, i only buy what i need. Like what GPS, what voice notes, navigator, works, excel, powerpoint etc. I don’t need and i doubt i will use them. But i do check emails sometimes la. I use my current motoq to check my work email. But for leisure purpose i guess i wont use them.

Speaking about camera, N82 has a good camera. It has a 5 mega pixels camera and using Carl Zeiss lens. Ney is using this phone now and i like the camera. BUT! I am super anti-nokia. Ever since my last phone with them is n3230, i vouched not to buy anymore nokia phone because of the bad experience i had with this phone. It just sucks as it hangs very often. So annoying. And also, i feel that nokia phone gave me a ‘plastic’ feel. Like too bengish and un-stylish to my liking. The OS that they are using are symbian, which has a poor review on the system, saying that it often hang etc.

My favourite brand should be Sony Ericsson. I feel that their cybershots camera phone are good too. But I looked through in the market now, all the cybershots phones are too bulky for me. Those not cybershots phones are nice,eg. w910. But the camera got no flash leh.

Those slim and sleek design can only be seen in motorola phones. But no more moto phones for me now please. I have been using this brand for 2 years. Sick of it already. And for your info, moto currently only have 2mp camera phone, which is quite pathetic la. That is the reason why they are losing out in this industry. No Wi-Fi, no good mega pixel camera. But wi-fi might not be a good thing also. Because it disconnects easily.

Aiya, i am just very ‘fan’ now because i wanna buy a phone but dont know what to buy. Does anyone know of any phone that fits into my above requirements? hehe.

Havent been updating, i think my post here will be a little bit scattered. Not sure where to start from. Shall depends on the photos.

Last Monday, I was called for briefing session at Changi Airport. Employment letter was given and submitted yesterday. After that, Honey fetched me to Serangoon Central to have dinner. We roam around the area to search for the best eating place. Found one which the dish caught our eye. Martell seafood steamboat. Sounds interesting

The soup is really best. The martell is not too strong and just nice to make the soup very tasty. The chilli is good too. Total bill came out to be $40. Though abit steep, but we definetly will patron again.

Seriously now I am quite afraid to eat prawns. Had too many recently. But the passion of going prawning never die down. Hehe. Was so into prawning that last week we went twice. First time with Bernard and co. Second time we went ourselves. And the day before yesterday we went ourselves again. ARGH! Expensive hobby, have to control. =p

I love prawning. Cant stop! Such an addiction. I am slowly improving after going so many times and now i might as well rent one rod myself. Prawning can really cultivates my patience. My ney is so funny, he bought a P rod. Which stands for ‘Personal’ Rod. haha.

Other than prawning, MJ is another high frequency hobby nowadays. Last night played 3 rounds with munseng and uncle. Only won $10! Better than nothing because intially my loss is quite heavy! We were watching soccer and playing at the same time. And how kelong can the liverpool-chelsea match can be. Last minute own goal and equalise. Luckily I am not a fan of both, so not much feeling. But poor jeremi must be so sad seeing his own team got equalise at the last minute.

Ok, I am really miss scatterbrain now. My post is like rojak with so many random stuff.

This entry is on my bkk trip! Came back almost a week already and I think its time for me to blog. I got many photos with me but!! I am in no way consolidating any of them. Haha. Ok, for more pictures please log in to her blog. LOL. This is a memorable trip though most of the time we were just shopping non stop. But experiencing the Songkran was something new in our life. All in all, a good trip with good buys. Looking forward to my next trip -Taiwan. Tickets and hotel were booked but might need to change due to last minute crop up in my schedule. Hopefully i can go soon!

I am still alive and kicking. Not lost in bangkok!

I am just pure lazy to blog because everyday was fun filled with programs.

Every since the day I touched down, I did several things with my loved ones. Going prawning sessions with ney and friends for consecutive 2 days. Playing MJ with the usual gang and of course celebrating my darling girl’s birthday last night.

Went timbre last night to chill with the girls. I think it was almost a year before the 4 of us sit down together again and have our girls talk. Too many things happened in 2007 and that was a bad year for me. I guess god is fair. He gave me a shitty year last year but I was blessed good the next year. =p

Anyway, miss kim gave me a nice birthday dinner treat. The mushroom carbonara is awesome. Not a bad place to chill despite queing for almost an hour and changing 3 tables to suit our liking.  The rest of the girls came and as usual, we had our girls talk. Not long after, we left to Dragonfly with the guys joining us, Ben, Ney and Cashe. Both the guys opened a bottle of Martell for the birthday girl. Though a simple celebration, I hope she enjoys herself as much as we do.

Happy Birthday Darling Kimmy! You are 24 years old now! Not a small girl anymore who depends alot on other people’s shoulders! Haha. But my shoulder will always be there for you if u need it ok! You are one good friend whom I pour my sorrows to when I had shit problems in my life. You are one good friend whom I can trust and lend me your listening ears when I needed them. You are one good friend whom I can get ’irritated’ yet amused by your actions and speech. You are one good friend whom I stormed together with at the ‘warzone’ of Khao San street.  You are one good friend whom we laugh together when we are happy and cry together when we are sad.

The couples met up again for prawning today. Ney and me were addicted to our new found hobby. Very enthu about prawning nowadays. haha. Today catch was slightly better than last saturday. Not alot caught, only 10 but we are satisfied already. Hopefully the next time round we can catch more. =D!

Cannot make it, this week spent almost $100 on this hobby liao. We bought another 3 hours for our next visit just now. It was quite an expensive hobby but u can never be more satisfied by eating the prawn that u hooked. It was jeremi and charlene virgin prawning and they were damn enthu too. I had my so called virgin catch today too! Finally after 3 times of prawning, i managed to catch one today. Haha. I was very impatient la, for the last 2 times, I always ask ney to do the job. After seeing the other couple caught their first prawn, I told myself i have to catch at least one too. Luckily i caught one giant prawn. Damn happy!

Actually today quite some luck to catch one, but i think my skill still lousy, my bait always kana eaten. I even made the effort to buy our own bait.

I hope i wont have bad dreams about prawn chasing after me for taking their lives!! Haha. Prawning session on again after I came back from BKK next week.

Speaking of my trip, i am leaving on wed mid night and I have yet to pack a single shit. Havent bought some stuffs too. Shit! Tml will be a busy day!

relaxing weekend

It was a relaxing weekend. All we did was eat, slack and watch tv.

Saturday we went out to town and wanted to just go around window shopping, dinner and maybe catch a movie. Landed up in plaza singapura and check out the food at basement 2. Tried the ‘Ice Monster’ and the durian with mango ice is nice! But the main dish, BBQ sauce beef noodles sucks. Walk around and wanted to try other food and such coincidence that we saw Fm and jelaine having their dinner too!

We joined them and decided to stick together since both couple has no plans. Went to TCC and chill. Wanted to watch movie but in the end went prawning at Bishan. Quite a nice place with 6 ponds but kinda crowded maybe because it was a sat. We managed to find a more cosy area and started to prawn. For the first hour, we practically caught nothing. Not sure because we have no skill or the prawns seem to like other baits more than ours.

We were eyeing a family using live silver fish as bait and start to wonder how nice will it be if we can have the same bait. After awhile, the family left and offer to give us the bait. The bait really makes a difference and we started to have stupid prawns got hooked by this delicious live bait. Me and ney had not much luck as fm and je. They caught more than us and got 1 was like a giant prawn. Wahaha.

Total caught around 10 prawns. Quite pathetic but at least got something. As fm does not eat seafood and je doesnt want to bring the prawns back, we just brought the rest of the prawn home, leaving the giant prawn for je as her supper.

Brought the rest of the prawns home and cooked it. Ah Mao loves it, so do us! Hehe. The meat is so fresh and delicious.
